01. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PACKAGES?

Yes, we can customize our services to some extent, but certain essential elements of the strategy must remain. Removing key components could affect the overall effectiveness and prevent you from achieving your desired results.

02. DO YOU FILM THE CONTENT?

No, we don’t provide in-house content filming. However, we can assist you in finding a content creator who can shoot according to your or our creative brief.

03. DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS JUST IN YOUR AREA?

No, we work with clients worldwide. Time zones are not an issue—we make it work! While we are based in Florida, USA, our clients come from the USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.

04. ARE DEPOSITS OR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS REFUNDABLE?

No, all deposits for services such as Social Media Management and Web Design are non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds on any other services or digital products once payment has been made.

05. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

For Social Media Management and Paid Social services, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. For Content Creation and Story Creation, we are currently booking 2 weeks ahead.

06. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME BEFORE WE START WORK?

Before we begin, we will have an initial call to understand your business and target audience. You will also need to provide all necessary assets, such as images and videos, in advance. We recommend uploading them to a shared Google Drive folder and sending us the link.

07. WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS EXPECTED WITH YOUR SERVICES?

For Social Media Management and Branding, no additional costs apply unless you choose to add extra services. However, for Web Design, additional costs may include website hosting, domain registration, web font licenses, stock images (if needed), app fees, and Paid Social (advertising budget).

Our expertise lies in Instagram and Facebook, but we also offer support for LinkedIn and TikTok when needed.
